I love taking care of my family. Evening time is when I can devote more time to cook for them. This delicious dinner only takes 30 minutes to prepare, allowing us to have more time to enjoy it together. Some of the ingredients I use in this recipe have great benefits for adults and kids as silken tofu, algae and vegetables.
For the grown-ups. Ingredients: miso paste, silken tofu (works best for this soup), wakame algae, chive and soba noodles. You can always find those ingredients in my pantry and those are the basic ones you will need for a delicious and healthy miso soup. It combines carbohydrates with vegetable proteins, the great benefits of algae and the nutrients of the miso paste. I like to eat this meal throughout the year. I also add a Mediterranean fresh salad that I love: head of lettuce and anchovies from the Cantabrian sea.
For my baby. I prepare quinoa flakes with carrot and zucchini bits, silken tofu, a little bit of nori algae and a tablespoon of tahini paste (sesame paste). Tahini is very good for both babies and grown-ups as with 1 tablespoon you get a huge amount of calcium, omega and vitamins. I really keep an eye on Manuela’s needs, feeding her with a balanced diet with enough carbohydrates and proteins, as they are both very important for her growth.
