I’m facing a different motherhood challenge than my mother did. She has been, and still is, an excellent housewife and a family pillar meanwhile I’ll have teach my daughter Manuela all the values that she gave me while being a woman with a very tight work agenda and social compromises. Thank God I have her by my side.
The reference of my mother is the most important for me. But it’s now, seeing her as a grandmother, that I can notice how much love, time, patience, psychology and pedagogy she has devoted to my education. She made me a self-confident and free woman. I can’t think of a better person to be taking care of my baby when I’m not here.
We must not forget to thank our grandparents every day. They are the ones who take good care of our children.
Thank you Mom. I love you.
