I’d like to share with you a vinyasa that I easily got attached to. ‘Surya Namaskara’ A, or Sun Salutation A, is a common sequence of poses or asanas that form part of the beginning of my yoga practice.
The level of effort of this practice will depend on your awareness and the elements you want to incorporate: coordinating your breathing, activating your internal muscles and meditating. Doing a complete practice isn’t easy but, to start, the most important thing is for you to listen to your breathing.
I’m still trying to achieve meditation through practice. It’s hard to control my mind, to leave my thoughts aside and just feel the present moment. I’ll keep practicing!
