Another season is drawing to a close and, since it has become a tradition on my blog, the time has come to say goodbye for the summer holidays, and what better way to do it than with a post written by all of us.
When I shared my homemade ice lolly recipes a few weeks ago, I encouraged you to share your favourite flavours and recipes so that we could create a joint list of ice lollies. It made me so happy to see how many of you came on board and shared your favourite ice creams both on my blog and on my Instagram profile. But, above all, I was delighted to see how so many of you choose healthy and organic ingredients. Thanks to your comments, I have discovered some very interesting things, such as how by using frozen ripe bananas you can get the consistency of traditional “scoop ice cream”. I can’t wait to try it! ? My two M are already loving the latest lollies that we made with goat milk Greek yoghurt, pure cocoa powder and xylitol. Even during the preparation they couldn’t help but dip their little fingers in the mixture before pouring it into the ice cream moulds!
A lot of you gave similar recommendations, so I’ve made a list and organised it into 3 blocks. They all sound delicious!
